Shear Comfort XD1900 Calf Protectors
The XD1900 Calf Protectors are used on areas of the wheelchair that can be hard and unforgiving on the skin. The soft wool, which is made from a high-density weave, helps give a soft comfortable feel to the skin, and prevent skin tears.
Manufactured from XD1900, medical sheep’s wool, which provides a fibre density higher than even the absolute best natural sheepskins, the XD1900 Calf Protectors offer excellent pressure redistribution and skin protection.
Sold in pairs with elastic straps to hold the pads in place, the XD1900 Calf Protectors also provide an ideal microclimate by regulating temperature and perspiration, through the excellent air redistribution properties of a wool product.
