Can I visit your shop?
We can accommodate visitors with prior notice – please email or call us to arrange a visit. This lets us ensure we have the products available you wish to see.
Can I trial products?
Trial is available for a number of products if you are an allied health professional working with a client. You’re also welcome to trial the products in our showroom. Please contact us for more information.
How do I get a quote?
Simple! Just add the items you are interested in to your quote on our website. You’re also welcome to contact us directly. We are also able to quote for a wide range of other items that you may need.
How much will delivery cost?
For many items, we are able to provide a delivery cost based on your postcode. However, for larger items, we may need to arrange a quote as the item will need specialized shipping. This applies for larger products such as beds, and some chairs. You’ll be informed during the check-out process if a quote is required for delivery, and Cobalt Health will contact you to discuss the delivery.
Can you arrange installation?
Yes, in many cases Cobalt Health can arrange to install and set up the product for an additional fee.
Can I delay delivery?
Yes, please either make a note when placing your order, or let us know when we contact you with your delivery quote to let us know your preferred delivery window.
Can I track my delivery?
For orders placed via our website, you will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track it. Where your delivery is via Cobalt Health, we will contact you prior to delivery to provide a delivery window.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Yes, Cobalt Health is able to arrange international delivery outside of Australia to many countries. Please contact us for more information and to arrange a quote.
When will my order be packed?
Generally, orders placed before midday Sydney/Melbourne time are picked and despatched the same, day.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged in transit?

What warranty does Cobalt provide on its products?
Our warranty differs according to the product – in some cases, for things such as bed frames it can be 5 years. Each product will have different warranty information. If you’re having trouble finding out the warranty, please contact us?
How do I return a product?
The best way to return a product is to contact us and let us know why you’d like to return it. Please note, we reserve the right to not accept returns for change-of-mind. Generally, shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
I no longer require a product, what should I do?
If you no longer have a need for a product you have purchased, consider donating it to a local charity or not-for-profit organization that may benefit from it.
