The EM190 Stand/Transfer Aid is designed to assist in the standing and transferring of users up to 190kg.
The EM190 Transfer Aid is easy to use, with legs that open wide enough to allow the carer to navigate chair legs and other obstacles.
Two rear brake castors provide stability and security as the user raises and lowers themselves from the seated and standing positions.
Once in the raised position the rear seat pads are moved into place to prevent falls and the patient can then be transferred between bed, chair, and toilet etc without the need for a wheelchair.
Suitable for use with clients who have limited mobility and who may need a little bit of extra help due to reduced leg strength or loss of balance. The EM190 can be used in all environments including in the community, aged care and in hospitals.
The EM190 is a cost-effective Stand/Transfer Aid support unit that encourages the more mobile clients to stand un-assisted and to continue to use their own strength for as long as possible.
