Cobalt Mattress Underlay
The Cobalt Mattress Underlay is designed to be used in conjunction with alternating air overlays, or air mattresses, to prevent them "Bottoming Out", whilst maintaining the lowest possible bed profile.
Manufactured from durable medium-density foam, the underlay easily fits under any standard air mattress system, adding essential support in case of system failure or during sustained periods of bed backrest elevation.
Available in Single and King Single size, the 5cm thick underlay features a high-quality water resistant, vapour permeable cover, and helps prevent elevated patient heights, where a standard mattress and air mattress may have previously been in use.
NB: Not for use as a standalone mattress, do not lie directly on the underlay.
