The Cura1 Wireless PreAlert Sensor Pad is unique because it gives a true early warning to family members or caregivers, that a person is close to the bed's edge and is at risk of rolling out or getting up from bed.
The moment a person sits on the edge of the bed, the alarm sounds, either via the audio alarm when used in the home, or via the Nurse Call system when used in a facility
This early warning allows caregivers to get to the person before they could make it out of bed by themselves in order to provide them with the care they need and prevent them from falling or injuring themselves.
