The Varilite Meridian Cushion features a dual air chamber that allows for independent positioning of the thighs and pelvis which provides users with improved comfort and stability.
The Varilite Meridian Cushion is recommended for individuals with complex needs such as motor and neurological dysfunction due to spinal-cord injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and traumatic brain injury.
Functional areas of the cushion are created with 3 types of foam: soft foam for the decubitus-sensitive area of the ITs; medium foam for the thigh trough, pelvic bucketing & pre-ischial bar; and firm foam for the perimeter & medial thigh separator.
